Ballistiflex是一种柔性聚氯乙烯材料,专为射击场防反弹条设计。当弹丸穿透Ballistiflex时,其速度和动能会显著降低。子弹产生的热量促使穿孔迅速闭合,彰显该材料的独特性能。即使在同一位置遭受多次撞击,Ballistiflex仍能实现自我修复。
这种创新材料不仅能吸收并消散子弹的动能,还能防止弹丸从后壁反弹。当子弹反弹时,该材料会将其拦截,确保其不会再次穿透。这是因为弹丸在初次穿过材料时已消耗大部分动能,从而通过阻止弹丸返回射击区域来提升安全性。
Ballistiflex有助于降低子弹撞击时的噪音水平,并能将铅尘限制在子弹捕集器内,从而实现更佳的排气效果。

Ballistiflex通过形成屏障阻止弹丸反弹至射击者方向,从而保障安全。该屏障能削弱弹丸动能,有效防止弹跳或反弹。即使低动能弹跳也无法再次穿透PVC材料,持续维持安全环境。
Ballistiflex采用柔性PVC材质,能有效吸收弹丸能量,防止其碎裂,从而最大限度减少弹片和弹道粉尘。该PVC材料还能捕获弹丸粉尘,保持射击场清洁安全。


Ballistiflex通过减缓弹丸速度并采用软质PVC材料,有效降低射击场噪音污染。其兼具隔音屏障功能,可消除回声并减少35分贝的声波传播,既保障射手听觉安全,又最大限度减少对周边环境的干扰。
Ballistiflex具备自修复能力,可闭合弹丸造成的破损。当弹丸穿透PVC材料时产生的热量会促使材料熔合闭合,即使经受多次冲击仍能保持密封性,从而确保材料的耐久性与更长的使用寿命。
